Hello, just to let you know that the outdoor pet houses came this evening. I thought I would need help lifting and assembling them but I did it myself in about 20 minutes. I am so very impressed with the craftsmanship. What we don't do for our animals!!!!!

Dear Mike and Pam: I bought the 'Bungalow Outdoor 2 Story Cat House' two years ago and decided it was time I had better let you know how pleased I am with my purchase. It looks as good as the day I bought it and my 3 feral kitties truly love it. In summer time they lounge on the top. In winter time they all cuddle up inside. Coyotes are an issue in our neighborhood and I sleep comfortably at night knowing my cats are safe in their fancy kitty quarters. Thank you so much for designing a house that feral cats will actually use. I also bought the weight activated heat pad and fort the occasional night when our weather gets down to freezing I know that my oldest cat, Guillermo, who has arthritis, appreciates the external heat source.

We wanted to update you on the (great!) Bungalow Duplex Cat House (and heated water bowl) that we bought from you in October. It's been a lifesaver, literally no doubt. The 2 aging male feral cats, Edgar and Pumpkin, love their heated houses and are noticeably happier and healthier-looking than in prior winters. It's sad that we didn't find you sooner, but we're convinced that their lives have been extended because of your products, to make their "golden years" much happier. Also, the wonderful heated water bowl is probably the only source of clean, unfrozen water in the neighborhood, providing precious drinks for so many. Not getting enough water can be a real hazard for all animals, because those who can't find any are often driven to try poisonous liquids, such as anti-freeze, etc. So again, lives are being saved!
It turned out that the cats wouldn't use the crawl passageway between the 2 levels, perhaps because they are too big for that size opening, or perhaps they just couldn't squeeze past the thick, water-proof extension cord. So we left the space open, for the cats to feel closer to each other, but we removed the plexi upper window cover. Then we fashioned sort of an outdoor blind out of a soft rubbery material, to help keep out wind, rain and snow (as you can see in the photo). The cats don't like that addition, though, so we don't use it too much. The heat inside apparently is sufficient, all in all. They spend most of their cold days cozy and warm inside, occasionally coming out to stretch and eat, etc.!

The Bungalow Duplex Cat House and related accessories are wonderful and were beautifully and lovingly designed and made. Our 2 (adult) feral cats are loving their new (heated) dwellings, and went in on the first night. The gentle heat is very nice and we've actually noticed a distinct improvement in the cats' moods, come mornings, after they obviously have enjoyed better nights of sleep. It's wonderful to see that. Here is a picture showing them happily eating breakfast outside their new "luxury housing," after a great night's sleep!

I received my Bungalow and Duplex Second Story today!!!
Its beautiful! It's so well made. I love it. You thought of everything, with all the little touches of home like the door mates, the "Home Sweet Home" sign, and the wipe your feet written on the threshold. I have to tell you that the houses were packed extremely well.
I'm putting it in my garden for the stray cats who congregate. Your cat house will bring a lot more to beauty my garden! Thanks for your wonderful product. I will send you a picture of it once its all set up.
