I've bought two houses (the basic cat house and the ranch) from y'all and I can't tell you the peace of mind I have knowing that my outdoor kitties are safe and warm this winter. These houses are great! Well worth the money. Thanks for making such a great product.
P.S. I painted Miki's house to match the exterior of our town-home's front porch so the HOA wouldn't complain. It blends right in and she loves it!

Greetings!
Several years ago a small black cat appeared on my back patio. I already had four cats and figured what was one more? Unfortunately the new cat, whom I eventually named Shadow, was too afraid of me to ever try to come inside via the cat door. He would show up and I would feed him, then he would be on his way. Over time he started hanging out on the back patio more and more. By last winter he was there enough that I knew I needed to provide some kind of shelter. I tried leaving the garage door open. He wouldn't go in, but every local possum and raccoon was more than happy to go in and eat the food I left there. Then I tried taking a sturdy box and lining it with warm blankets. He wouldn't go into it but would sleep on top. It was disheartening and I spent a lot of time worrying about him. That's when I found your website. I was hesitant to spend a lot of money on a shelter I wasn't sure he would use so I kept looking for something else that would be cheaper but still keep him warm. I couldn't find anything that came close to what you were offering.
About three weeks ago winter made an early appearance. That Saturday we had snow, and there was Shadow on the back patio, cold and wet. I bit the bullet and placed the order. You were very kind to help me after I changed my mind, deciding to go with the ranch instead of the basic. The house arrived the next Friday. It was easy to set up. I put it where I know he likes to sleep. He was on the patio as I set it up but made no attempt to go near it. A couple of my other cats sniffed at it, one deciding he liked sleeping on top, but nobody went inside. This went on for days. I was becoming disheartened that this lovely cat house was going to go unused. But the weather had been fairly decent so I decided to give it more time. For most of this week we've had rain...and quite a bit of it. Shadow wouldn't go inside the house and was always soaked when I went out to feed him. I finally got smart and decided to sprinkle some cat nip inside. That seemed to do the trick. The next time I went outside Shadow appeared, stretching as he came out of the house. He was dry, even though it was raining fairly hard.
This morning when I went out to feed him he was asleep in his house. This afternoon when I was working in the kitchen I could see him snoozing away inside his new home...and it wasn't even raining!
So again, thank you for providing such a wonderful product. I know that I will rest easier this winter knowing that Shadow will have a nice warm and dry home.

It has truly been a pleasure doing business with you; the pet houses we purchased are probably the best to be had anywhere, are well-designed and well-made of quality materials.
Husband and I are ecstatic that, after several years of creating inadequate, makeshift houses from plastic crates, etc., when we became ready to spend some real money on our alley-cat/feral family of five, we were lucky enough to come across your excellent website and to experience what could not have been a more flawless business exchange.
We set-up the houses outside yesterday, and they seem to be a hit, that is, at least three of the five spent last night in a house, and today my husband has noticed them entering/exiting. We're now confident that the Fur Family will be safe and comfortable through many seasons to come, especially winters.
