Thanks for the tips on how to set it up, the suggestions on location and use of the breezeway really helped. The color is perfect; unobtrusive. I put the house near the kitchen door on the porch and placed her blanket inside to familiarize her. Well, drum roll please, Raley slept in her house all last night! I know because I kept checking from the kitchen door window as you suggested. I'm very happy with the quality of the house and with the great communication and fast shipping. I wish I could tell everyone who's looking for an outdoor kitty house to LOOK NO MORE...THIS IS IT! I'd save them a lot of time and money! And there'd be a world full of happier and safer cats out there! I've sifted through each and every kitty house web site I could find. There's even one that has your house at a higher price! Over time, I've ordered 2 plastic ones and 2 wood ones. One of them was a pricey cedar house with a thermostat and light! It was so small inside that Merlot would go in only if I left the door wide open which defeated the purpose. As cat lovers know, kitties can be suspicious, curious, or skeptical about new things. So when I put your house on the deck, I fully expected Merlot to sniff it and look at me with that you-wasted-your-money-again-look! It's the look he gave me 4 times before! Well, he walked in, turned around, looked out one of the windows, curled up, and went to sleep!!! Now you have to understand that Merlot is a street wise, non-trusting boy. So when he "moved in", no questions asked, I knew I'd finally found the perfect house! I just can't tell you enough how absolutely delighted we all are!!! Thank you, thank you first to Bubs and then to you both for loving him enough to create a place to keep him safe. Eventually Merlot will become a permanently indoor cat, but until then, I feel relieved that he finally has a warm and secure place both in front and in back of our home! Again, many thanks to you for caring and many purrs from Merlot!

Our outdoor cat loves his house! Just watching him in there during bad weather - looking out the door or windows makes us very happy! He loves it! I thought that he would never use it - wow, was I wrong! It has become his primary residence! Thanks again, look no further if you are looking for a house for your outdoor cat!

I'm emailing to let you know how pleased my husband and I are with the pet house we received. We both were very happy with its quality and attention to detail. You clearly created it with cats' well being in mind. The house arrived on a 20 degree day, and soon after I arranged it on our porch and added the heating pad, Bell Boy came over to investigate. He went right in and began to purr and knead the heating pad as soon as the warmth hit his toes. He has used it every day since then and it does my heart good to know that when it's cold he has a warm place to rest during the day. This is Tabbers' second winter with us, and last year I was a wreck every night putting him to bed. I even put my down jacket in the Dogloo, along with wool sweaters, flannel sheets, and a stadium seat warmer! I only wish that I'd found your website last year.

The new house, all the great bedding that you supply, and the microwaveable warmer (12 hours of warmth and reheated in 6 minutes!) make all the difference in the world. He really loves his new home and the whole family loves checking on him now! We can see him through the window, curled up inside, fast asleep! Hello Pam,

We got the house on Friday and set it up today and I was a little worried she wouldn't go in because it is a small doorway because she is a little paranoid. I sat with her next to it for about an hour and she went right in checked it out and came out. Then I left her to investigate it on her own and this was 3 hours ago and she is still in there. It's a great thing and she has a nice amount of room in it which is actually a bit larger than we expected which I am glad it is.

Well thanks again for the timely delivery and for a product that is well worth the money for her happiness and for us knowing she is secure and happy.
